This is how it works!

Because of two bottom tools each part gets long cooling time without increasing cycle time. Perfect for PP!

Also very suitable for other materials such as APET, HIPS and Styrolux.

Two pick-and-place robots pick the parts and place them on the conveyor belt.

Notice the pneumatic cylinder in the very top of the machine providing plug assist to get an even material distribution in deep trays.

Advantages:

• Long cooling time without loosing cycle time.
• 100% accurate cut because of cut in place technology.
• Low energy consumption because gravity is used for up and down motion of the bottom tool.
