PP

Polypropylene sheet for thermoforming can be either homo polymer or random copolymer or a mix of these two types.

Homo polymer PP sheet is a clear sheet used for example for trays and lids for food and is possible to freeze to minus 5 degrees C and be heated to 130 degrees C for example in a microwave oven.

If the application needs to be deep freezed we recommend PP copolymer or a blend of homo and copolymer.

Copolymer is not as clear as homo polymer, but often this is not important for food that needs deep freezing.

All types can be coloured to any colour.
